Questions

Before you book

If something isn't answered here, ask — it is a small practice and the answer comes from the practitioner herself.

Booking

Where do appointments happen?

At a private studio in the Savannah area. The address is sent with your booking confirmation rather than published — it is an appointment-only space, not a walk-in salon. You also get parking and arrival notes.

Can you come to me instead?

Yes. Mobile service is available as an addition to any treatment, quoted case by case — distance, parking and timing all change what it costs, so we give you the figure when you book. We arrive with the table, steamer, products and fresh linens; you provide a room and a power outlet.

How far ahead should I book?

Availability is published by area and day so appointments group sensibly. Booking the day that suits your area is usually the fastest route to an appointment.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book, and it holds your appointment.

Your appointment

How long does it take?

Most facials run 60 to 75 minutes. Purpose Express is 30. Allow a few minutes either side.

What happens first?

A skin analysis and a short consultation. What you booked is the starting point; what your skin is doing that day shapes the rest, and you will be told why.

What if I have sensitive or reactive skin?

Tell us at booking — intake and contraindication screening happen before you arrive, and they shape the whole appointment. Some treatments require screening before they can be booked at all.

Can I wear makeup?

Come as you are. Everything is removed as part of the double cleanse.

Treatments

Which facial should I choose?

If you are unsure, start with The Intentional Glow™ — it is the signature treatment and the foundation everything else builds on. It can be adjusted once your skin has been assessed.

What are enhancements?

Additions to a facial rather than standalone treatments — LED, microcurrent, high frequency, an upgraded mask, extended extractions. They are added at the appointment.

Can I book a small treatment on its own?

At the studio, yes — every treatment is bookable at its listed price. For mobile appointments, smaller treatments travel as part of a larger booking, because travel costs the same whatever the service.

Memberships

Is it a contract?

No. Billing is monthly and you can pause or cancel.

What if I miss a month?

Rollover and expiry terms are confirmed with you in writing at signup, before anything is charged.

Is membership worth it?

It makes sense if you intend to come monthly. Skin responds to consistency rather than intensity, and the member rate reflects that. Most people join after a first visit, once they know which treatment suits them.

Still unsure?

Book the signature facial. It suits most skin, and it is the clearest way to find out what yours needs.
